No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
Please respect my time and business by giving at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can easily make changes through the confirmation link you received when booking, or directly in the online booking system.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a charge of 50% of the selected treatment’s cost. This fee helps cover the time reserved especially for you.
Repeated no-shows or failure to pay the cancellation fee may result in the refusal of future bookings. This policy applies to all clients, both new and returning. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Lash Warranty & Policy
All lash sets come with a 3-day warranty. If you experience any issues within this period, please contact me as soon as possible so we can find a solution.
Please note that refunds are not offered. However, I am committed to your satisfaction and will do my best to offer a suitable correction if needed. My goal is always to ensure you leave happy and confident with your lashes.
