No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
Please respect my time and business by giving at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can easily make changes through the confirmation link you received when booking, or directly in the online booking system.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a charge of 50% of the selected treatment’s cost. This fee helps cover the time reserved especially for you.
Repeated no-shows or failure to pay the cancellation fee may result in the refusal of future bookings. This policy applies to all clients, both new and returning. Thank you for your understanding and support!
